Booker T. Poole is currently a resident of Reston, Virginia, but calls Elizabeth City, NC home. His paintings are owned by collectors throughout the United States. Poole attended North Carolina Central University in Durham, NC where he received a BA degree in Fine Art. He has worked in several media; from oils to pastels, with oils being his favorite medium. Mr. Poole has participated in several artshows, with "Faces of Alamance", a portrait exhibition in Burlington, NC, his most recent. One of his favorite passions is painting children's portraits, "There's nothing like capturing the innocence of children. "
